If you are interested in seriously taking your health and Spiritual Wholeness to a higher level then join me. There is always another level! This what I do about once or twice a year, I encourage you to do what you are God led to do for your health and ck with your doctor with any changes that you decide to make in your eating etc.
Follow me on this site, I will post periodically my progress and experience in hopes that you too will be encouraged. Should you decide however to join me in doing do42 there will be an award for the winner according to the guidelines you find on that site.
