I have really cut back and can tell it in my shoes my shoes are too big for me. Congrats! First Lady for your accomplishments and thanks for your support and encouragement.
I know times are hard but stay focus on eating healthy. I am back down to 174 I lost 3 this week.
The weather is not so great be creative and do more housework or exercises just keep moving!
A thousand step journey begins with one step. Make an effort to change one thing a week for the rest of your life. Change is good and healthy. My weigh in for this week is 176lbs. I get discourage sometimes when I don't see a change immediately in my weight but not discourage enough to give up altogher I just start again and learn from my mistakes. I encourge everyone to read because "People perish for lack of knowledge"
