I did not gain a pound over Thanksgiving Thank you Jesus.
I am just living my treadmill I say I will do just 30 min and then it leads to an hour most days. I am down to 166 lbs
Have a great workout this week, I am enjoying my new treadmill.

I have been trying to incorporate a min of one hour of working out about 4xs per week and I feel great no major weight loss but I'm getting there my treadmill went out on me and I am in the market for a brand new one,I will try to purchase one this week, beware of used treadmills usually the belt is probaly going to brake soon, I purchase two used ones within this past year and both of the belts broke on me. I was an outdoor walk/runner and now it is just not safe to walk alone so the treadmill works for me.

Just wanted to know how things are going? I guess we are nearing the end of the year which is a very good place to reflect back and evaluate how far we've come; and to plan ahead to accomplish some goals before the year comes to an end. Be strong! Be healthy! Be in charge!

Today I watched TV while exercising on the exercise bike you can really work up a sweat, you can even read a good book such as the Bible or your book of choice multitasking always works for me or you can spend that time with God just meditating on the word of God.
I did my walk/run on yersterday and it felt great can't wait to go this evening. Let's put a way our excuses and keep focus on our target healthy weight goals. Exercise can benefit us all weather we are a small or large frame.If you have no money to go to the gym or no money for exercise equipment you can walk, and move your body, try moving to some gospel music or your favorite inspriational music you will be surprise how music motivates you to move when it's the right song.
Does Coffee cause you to gain weight? What made you give up coffee?
