Great to hear from you Lady Sherri enjoyed you at the conference and I am glad you are posting too, together we can conquer our unhealthy habits and adapt new ones liked you sang the song "Encourage" yourself in the Lord. I also feel my pants getting a little looser to, I was able to get some weight-lifting in this week and I must agree water is great.

How are you all doing with your health? I am down to a size 16/18 now. I was in bible study and one of the ladies said she noticed that I was losing weight so praise God. I have to say I am not dieting just trying to eat better and make better decisions.
Today I am going to focus on getting in all 8 glasses of water this is a challenge for me. Most times i really just forget and reach for punch etc. and not water. That is a small step I will take today to make a change in my lifestyle...what small step will you make today?

It's encouraging to see women of God walking continously in his will no matter how difficult at times it gets. Pray for me, the walk is a little rocky for me right now. On a brighter note, I too am committed to living a healthier lifestyle by eating better and exercising. And what I'm most proud of is my intake of water. Drinking water is something I never did in the past. I Did not like water at all. But I am drinking more and more each day. My skin looks better and I am less bloated. I have to build up to exercise. Exercise is not my friend. LOL! But we can do this ladies! BE BLESSED!
I love my treadmill it really is helpful

I really do feel a difference. I read today about one man who lived to be 113 years old. He just passed. What a life! He drank milk every morning and did not smoke or drink. He was working on his 120!! He did good! Are you all reading your scriptures too? Don't forget!
