Thanks for the info Katonya, I have been eating tofu. I am not totally giving up meat yet, but I did push back a bit and I see a difference in my energy level, really. I have lost three pds too! keep up the good work ladies!
A recent study from the Center for Health Research at Kaiser Permanente Northwest attempted to identify what weight-loss strategies work and what behaviors are associated with successful weight loss. At the top of the list was keeping a food diary. In fact, this strategy proved so powerful that those in the study who kept food diaries lost twice as much weight as those who didn't. "The act of writing down what you eat makes you conscious of what you're consuming," says lead researcher Jack Hollis, Ph.D."

I haven't lost any weight lately but that is going to change very soon. Be very careful on what's your occupation because our work if we are not careful can cause us to spend a lot of time sitting down. I still have been doing my walking about 3 to 4 times a week for about 20min, we all have to remember to keep moving our bodies our bodies are not design to stay still.

Sis Sheila you are still looking great and keeping your weight down and in ck. I am doing so much better drinking my water this week. I feel better, amazing what water can do for your body and mindset! Thanks for keeping us all on track and motivated!
That's what I'm talking about Ladyday, a journey of a lifetime begins with the first step in the right direction. I got a chance to do my exercises twice yesterday and will do about 10min today, let's keep our focus keeping our eyes to the hills which cometh our help our help comes from God which made heaven and earth. Faith is our access to our dreams, where there is no vision we perish.

Still at 158 I haven't lose the two pounds but I do something everyday for at least 5 - 10. Try to incorporate little mini exercises in your day it gives me so much energy.
